MSPT, is a physical therapist, certified strength and conditioning specialist and former U.S. national taekwondo champion and team captain. He is the creator of the TRX® Rip Trainer, the Nautilus® Glute Drive and the Escape Barrow, and has delivered sports performance education to coaches, trainers and athletes all over the world. He also recently authored his first book, a novel called CRUZ. Specializing in biomechanics, core performance and agility, Pete uses his experience as an elite-level athlete and his knowledge of the human body to bring out the "athlete" in us all.
